From Deer River turn onto HWY 46. North 

By the 23rd mile marker you will see CO. 33 also knows as Dixon Lake/South Round Rd. 

Turn left here. This is gravel the resort is 10 miles on right. Welcome to your vacations!

From Black-duck MN turn right onto co. 30 & 13 to the east. 8 miles out of town turn right onto co. 141 or 8 mile road stay on till 141 ends and you see co. 33 off to the right. Take 33 fallow this road until you see the Dixon Lake Resort Sign go straight to stop sign.
